Oregano A classic seasoning for Italian dishes, oregano is easy to grow indoors and can tolerate drought.

Rosemary Rosemary can be grown outside and can be used to decorate plates in the winter. It’s also great on roast potatoes.

Sage Sage is cold-hardy and can be used in cooking meat, soups, stews, vegetables, and dressings.
