Is Kava For You?

That is the question. I was introduced to Kava by a colleague a few years ago. The Kava Lounge in which my cherry was broken was a magical place downtown Hollywood Florida call Mystic Water and it was beautiful. They had superb Kava there. It was a purist’s dream. I liked the taste and the numbing and especially the effect the Kava had on me. I felt genuinely euphoric and relaxed, yet very focused and clear-headed.

I cannot tell you how you will react or how your body will metabolize Kava; the best I can do is suggest you try it with an open mind and see. Some of my favorite Kava used in the Kava Bar came from Kona Kava. It really is an amazing product and I highly recommend it but, of course there are literally hundreds of other choices.
